Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to customers in Australia and New Zealand. ✅

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
Australia
• Standard (Free): 10–20 business days
• Expedited (A$5.95): 7–14 business days

New Zealand
• Standard (Free): 10–20 business days
• Expedited (NZ$6.95): 7–14 business days

When will I receive my tracking number?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number/link.
Tracking may take 2–5 days to activate after dispatch, and it can take up to 7 days for shipping activity to update.

My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
We do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but delays can happen.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 8 weeks after dispatch, please email us at support@knickpop.com and we’ll help with a resolution such as a reshipment or refund where appropriate.

Are your prices inclusive of tax?
Yes. For customers in Australia and New Zealand, our prices are tax-inclusive (GST included) where applicable.
Prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout (AUD for Australia, NZD for New Zealand).

Do you offer a guarantee? Can I return my items?
Yes — we offer 90‑day returns.
If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your items, or received faulty goods, email support@knickpop.com with your order email, order number, and photos (if applicable). We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@knickpop.com with your name and order number.
We can’t guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more (shown at checkout).
