Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to customers in Australia and New Zealand. ✅
Estimated delivery times are:
Australia
• Standard (Free): 10–20 business days
• Expedited (A$5.95): 7–14 business days
New Zealand
• Standard (Free): 10–20 business days
• Expedited (NZ$6.95): 7–14 business days
Tracking numbers are sent by email in 2-5 days after you place your order.
We strive to ship all items on-time, however, in rare cases, it can take longer. Any orders not received within 8 weeks automatically qualify for full-refund or reship. 🌟
Are your prices inclusive of tax?
Yes. For customers in Australia and New Zealand, our prices are tax-inclusive (GST included). Prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout (AUD for Australia, NZD for New Zealand).
My order has been dispatched, can I track it?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and tracking link via email. Note, it can take up to 7 days for shipping activity to update.

Do you offer a guarantee? Can I return my items?
Of course. We offer an extended 90 days guarantee!
If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your items, or received faulty goods, simply email our customer support team at support@knickpop.com. Please include the email address associated with the order and describe the issue, including photos if possible. We always aim to respond in 3 days or less!
Can I change or cancel my order?
Sure! You can cancel, or change your order within 3 hours of confirmation. Please contact us with your name and order number at: support@knickpop.com.
3 hours after you place your order, we won’t be able to make any changes or cancel it.

We accept ALL major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
