Shipping destinations
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping options & estimated delivery time (after dispatch)

Australia (AUD)
• Standard (Free): 10–20 business days
• Expedited (A$5.95): 7–14 business days

New Zealand (NZD)
• Standard (Free): 10–20 business days
• Expedited (NZ$6.95): 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to peak seasons, public holidays, or carrier delays.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number/link.
Tracking may take 2–5 days to activate after dispatch.

Taxes (GST)
For customers in Australia and New Zealand, our prices are tax-inclusive (GST included) where applicable, and prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout (AUD for Australia, NZD for New Zealand).

Address changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@knickpop.com.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.

Damaged, lost, or missing items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or goes missing in transit, please email support@knickpop.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We will provide a resolution consistent with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), as applicable.
